Landscape Maintenance
Landscape maintenance is as important
as any other type of insurance that you have. Landscape designs and installation will not remain beautiful unless properly
maintained. When properly maintained, landscape designs will remain beautiful – whether it’s during the summer with beautiful
annual and perennial colors – fall with a spectrum of vibrant color – or winter with evergreen beauty. Zoellner Landscaping
offers two types of maintenance:
• Lawn Maintenance including mowing, weed eating, blowing, trimming, fertilization,
herbicides applications, aerating and seeding.
• Landscape Maintenance including fertilization, herbicide applications,
pruning, flower and/or shrub mulching, weed control and deadheading of flowers.
• Zoellner Landscaping offers year
round maintenance contracts that will give confidence to the part-time resident that their grounds are kept in top notch shape
wherever the owner resides. For the full-time resident, maintenance contracts will provide beautiful landscapes to enjoy
year round.

Zoellner Landscaping offers consultations, estimates, design and installation of landscape plans. Our design offers
plant options for your home or business. Mountain plantings needs are unique – requiring knowledge of native plants
and other annuals and perennials that will grow and thrive in this unique mountain environment. Owner, Carl Zoellner, has
degrees in both forestry and horticulture. In addition, Carl is a native of Highlands giving him an advantage over many landscapers
unfamiliar with the climate, soils and weather conditions . Other landscape features are:

Hardscapes
Perhaps no other landscaping feature can add
the focal point that hardscapes can achieve. Retaining walls, stone walkways, stepping stones, pathways, single boulders
or boulder walls can be incorporated into a landscape design that will make your home a showcase for the neighborhood or add
additional space to entertain family and friends.
